Is the home survey really free?
Yes. The survey and quote are free and carry no obligation. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
How long does the survey take?
Usually around 45 minutes to an hour. We measure the staircase, check the top and bottom landings and talk through how you will use the lift.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, someone should be there, and it helps if the person who will use the stairlift is present so we can check seating and controls suit them.
How quickly can you visit?
